Latif is a highly knowledgeable construction and real estate professional with 7 years of hands-on experience spanning across the entire design and build process prior to establishing Pedigree Realty Builders. Latif was the General Manager at Skyline Interior Finishes where he provided leadership and management to the business and was fully responsible for the day-to-day running of the various departments involved in the design to execution stages. Latif’s construction and real estate experience in Ghana commenced with Clifton homes where he was hired as a surveying assistant at the land surveying department. Some projects Latif handled are Pelican apart-hotel, Spintex Plaza, Embassy Gardens Apartments and several other Homes for private home owners. Latif holds an HND in building Technology from the Accra Technical University and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from University of Ghana and a certificate in Project Management.

Ing Ebenezer Quarshie is an astute professional land Surveyor with over 5 years of experience in construction land surveying and with technical expertise in ensuring successful delivery of all kinds of projects on time and accurately. Ing Quarshie played a key role as a QAQC on prominent projects such as Pelican Apart-Hotel in Accra-Ghana, developed by Devtraco plus / Skyline Interior Finishes. Possesses Key technical skills and strength in pre and post contract management, planning and control with dedicated services to achieve goals and objectives of an organization. Ing Quarshie holds a BSc in Geomatic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and BSc in Architecture from Central University in Ghana.

Emmanuel has over 5 years of experience working in the field of architecture. His innate passion for design propelled him into the world of Architecture by completing a Bsc in Architecture at the Central University. Prior to joining Pedigree Realty, Emmanuel worked with a couple of Architectural firms as an Architect’s Assistant. His passion for designing internal spaces and building forms as well as their effects on the environment allowed him to plant his feet firmly in the Architectural field. Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Kofi Siaw
Cost Engineer
Surv. Siaw is a professional Quantity Surveyor with over ten (10) years’ experience in construction cost management, and with technical expertise in ensuring successful delivery of complex and high profile projects on time and within budget. Surv. Siaw played a key role as QS team leader in many high profile projects in Ghana such as Gallery Apartments, Embassy Gardens and The Lennox Apartments. His educational background in procurement brings on board a wide range of suppliers of materials for construction works, making it possible to get quality materials for every project. Surv. Siaw holds BSc in Building Technology and Master of Science in Procurement from KNUST.
